Complete Your Family File - Help Is Available

Family File is where parents will find all of the information historically located on the Emergency Procedure Cards.  Data from last year will be present when parents log in for the first time.  Parents who do not have, or may have forgotten, their log-in credentials can request assistance using the help link in the HCPSS Connect page. Please revise and/or complete your family contact information as soon as you are able, beginning August 22nd. This is the way we will reach you for all needs, such as teacher phone calls, emails and emergency communication. We appreciate your efforts to complete this task.

If you need help filling out the Family File, we will have staff and lap tops available on the playground at drop off or pick up on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, September 14th: 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm

  • Friday, September 16th: 7:45 am to 8:30 am

  • Monday, September 19th: 7:45 am - 8:30 pm

Although we would love to have you just walk up, please feel free to contact to schedule an appointment. This will help us make sure we have enough staff on hand each date.
