Family File Complete/Update/Verify Creating, updating, and/or verifying your child’s Family File has become an annual rite of passage as families prepare for the start of every school year! All families need to compete/verify their emergency contact information each year. In addition to emergency contact information, you will be able to review your emergency procedures including those individuals you authorize to pick up students during the school day. A video tutorial that explains the Family File process and written Family File directions can be found in the links below. Please visit HCPSS Connect and select the Family File tab to get started.
Supply List Link: Please find the school supply list for all elementary schools supply list. For the 2020-21 school year, there is one supply list for all elementary schools. The number of supplies on the list have been reduced to keep costs down for families and reflect those most essential for virtual learning. Mark your calendars: (Look for more specific information to follow) August 25th: CRES Staff Return Virtually August 27th: Student Resource/Chromebook Distribution 9-11 and 1:30-3:30 (see details below) August 28th: Student Resource/Chromebook Distribution 9-11 and 1:30-3:30 (see details below) September 3rd: Community Staff Drive Through September 4th: CRES Grade Level Virtual Orientations
September 8th: 9:00 am First Day of Virtual School for CRES Students September 15th, 16th, 17th: Community ROCK Mobile September 22nd: Back to School Night Primary Families
September 24th: Back to School Night Intermediate Families
October 14th: Title I Math Night In Case You Missed It: Student Resource/Chromebook Pick-Up Schedule: All PreK to 5th grade students will need to pick-up Student Resources prior to the start of the school year. In addition, all students who have not yet received a HCPSS issued Chromebook, will need to pick up one as well. Please plan to stop by Cradlerock on one of the following days to Pick-Up Student Resources for the 2020-2021 school year.
