CRES Family Feedback Survey: Summer 2024

Thu, 08/27/2020 - 12:45pm

Greetings Cradlerock Families,

As I shared in my introductory email to our families you can expect our administrative team to work collaboratively and transparently with all stakeholders to ensure that this next chapter together is a great one for your child and family. One way we will work to ensure this is by asking for on-going feedback throughout the school year. These valuable insights from our families allow our school team to reflect upon our work and service and calibrate our approach going forward.

Now is the perfect time to ask for feedback, input, and insights as we take steps to finalize our planning for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. I hear so many encouraging comments regarding our service to our community and there are many strengths to uplift. With that said, no school is perfect. There may be blind spots we are not aware of; opportunities for our program to improve; growth opportunities for our admin team and staff; and possible perceptions and/or misperceptions that we need to be aware of, discuss, and learn from.

Your voice is critical in our work. By providing ANONYMOUS feedback you will allow us to make more informed decisions this school year on behalf of our 460+ Bulldogs and our community. We will share the survey themes with our staff and PTA. Please know that at any time throughout the school year you can email our administrative team with any feedback, questions, concerns, or ideas at the email addresses below...
