Confidentiality Training Course
Thank you for your interest in volunteering within the Howard County School System! We value our volunteers and the contributions they make to our students and schools.
According to HCPSS Board Policy, all parent volunteers must complete a Confidentiality Training Course about protecting the privacy of our students, staff, and schools.

Cradlerock Watch D.O.G.S.
D.O.G.S. = Dads of Great Students (fathers, father figures, grandads, uncles, etc.)
Our Watch D.O.G.S. program provides an opportunity for fathers and father figures to volunteer for a day at Cradlerock. Some of their responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with student arrival
- Participating in Morning Announcements and taking a photo with their child for the “Watch D.O.G.S. Wall of Fame”
- Following a schedule for the day, that could include playing at recess, eating lunch with students, assisting with lunch, assisting in a classroom, helping to monitor hallway transitions, etc.
