- Parent Teacher Conferences are a terrific opportunity for staff and parents to partner together to ensure each child’s success.
- HCPSS elementary schools will close 3-hours early on Monday, 11/24 and Tuesday, 11/25 for parent teacher conferences. CRES will begin dismissal at 12:10 on these days.
- HCPSS schools are closed for students on Wednesday, 11/26
- Fall Conference Window: Monday, 11/24 through Wednesday, 11/26.
- IN-PERSON conferences will be held here at CRES on Monday, 11/24 only.
- VIRTUAL conferences will be held on Tuesday, 11/25 and Wednesday, 11/26 only.
- If you choose a virtual conference, the Google Meet code will be sent to you with your confirmation email.
- Parents can schedule conferences with English Language Arts (ELA) teachers beginning on 11/7 through 11/20 at 4:00 p.m.
- After 11/20, families must call the front office directly to check availability and schedule a conference time slot.
- GT Math and Mrs. Sprankle’s ELA Classes
- Please note our ELA teacher Mrs. Sprankle will meet with her 3rd grade ELA families this quarter. 4th grade families can schedule a conference with Mrs. Sprankle during our Winter Conference Window.
- Please note that our GT math teacher Mrs. Schmitt will meet with her 5th grade math families this quarter and 4th grade math families during our Winter Conference Window.
- Conferences are scheduled for 15 minutes with built in transition time.
- When scheduling conferences for multiple children, please allow one full conference time between your meetings to allow for transitions both in person and virtually.
- Our Related arts team will be hosting office hours during the conference window.
- The office hours are for general questions about the content area and expectations.
- Office hours should not be used for questions specific to your child.
- The office hours schedule will be shared with parents soon.
- Related arts teachers have very limited conference slots available. If you would like to request a conference please email that teacher directly.

- To schedule your conference, log in to HCPSS Connect to view and select your time slot:
- Go to https://www.hcpss.org/connect/
- Select “Conference” from the left menu.
- Choose “Parent Scheduled Conferences” at the top right.
- Pick a convenient time slot.
