Family File Complete/Update/Verify

Creating, updating, and/or verifying your child’s Family File has become an annual rite of passage as families prepare for the start of every school year!  All families need to compete/verify their emergency contact information each year.  In addition to emergency contact information, you will be able to review your emergency procedures including those individuals you authorize to pick up students during the school day.  A video tutorial that explains the Family File process and written Family File directions can be found in the links below.

Supply List Link: 

Please find the school supply list for all elementary schools supply list. For the 2020-21 school year, there is one supply list for all elementary schools. The number of supplies on the list have been reduced to keep costs down for families and reflect those most essential for virtual learning.

In Case You Missed It:

Student Resource/Chromebook Pick-Up Schedule:  

All PreK to 5th grade students will need to pick-up Student Resources prior to the start of the school year.  In addition, all students who have not yet received a HCPSS issued Chromebook, will need to pick up one as well.  Please plan to stop by Cradlerock on one of the following days to Pick-Up Student Resources for the 2020-2021 school year.  

  • August 27th:  9:00 to 11:00 and 1:30 to 3:30
  • August 28th:  9:00 to 11:00 and 1:30 to 3:30

Please know that our number one priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of every student, staff and family member during this process. We ask that you adhere to the following guidelines: 

  1. Students and parents/guardians should remain in their cars during drop-off and pick-up of materials. Students and parents/guardians who will walk/bike to the school should also adhere to social distancing expectations throughout the process and will be directed by HCPSS staff upon arrival. 
  2. Students and parents/guardians must wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times.
  3. Please pull into the bus loop staying along the curb as you pull forward to each station to receive your resources and Chromebook.
